The Company does not, in principle, provide personal information of data subjects to third parties. However, it may be provided when there is a legal basis or a legitimate request from investigative agencies.

The Company consigns personal information processing as follows to provide stable services. (Necessary measures for consignment are managed and supervised in accordance with related laws.)

Consigned Tasks: Cloud infrastructure operation and inquiry data storage (e.g., Amazon RDS)

Retention and Use Period: Same as the retention period of this policy or until termination of the consignment contract

6. Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved.

Destruction Procedure: Destruction according to internal policy after selecting items for destruction

Destruction Method:

Electronic Files: Permanent deletion by methods that prevent recovery
Printed Materials: Shredding or incineration

7. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Data subjects may exercise the following rights against the Company at any time:

Request to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information
Request to withdraw consent (in case of consent-based processing)
